Commercial lighting company in business for over 35 years, looking for an experienced technician to operate one of its bucket trucks. The work will be focused on troubleshooting issues, LED retrofitting, lighting maintenance, and more.
Responsibilities Include
- Installing/retrofitting commercial lighting fixtures
- Doing maintenance on existing lighting, lamp/ballast replacements
- Running circuits and wiring for lighting upgrades and installations
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged or outdated electrical components
- Maintaining job site cleanliness and professionalism
- Communicating clearly with the team and staying on schedule
- Tracking materials used and carefully noting completed work on properties
Requirements
- Strong electrical experience (commercial lighting experience preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of electrical issues
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work efficiently
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Must pass drug testing and a full background check

The technician will be responsible for servicing commercial properties throughout the valley. Some work will be inside occupied office buildings, where cleanliness and neatness is a priority. Other work will be in busy parking lots maintaining light poles and wall packs. Many days will be spent with long hours outdoors, early morning and occasional evenings. Technician must be organized and motivated, as position offers a lot of autonomy and responsibility.
