Pointe Staffing Group has partnered with a private equity-backed, globally recognized manufacturer and distributor of mobility solutions to identify a Head of Finance to lead their Americas business.
Sold through a combination of direct sales and a distribution and dealer network, the Americas has grown rapidly into a portfolio of operating companies and brands. These include sales, installation, and service operations, as well as a U.S. manufacturing facility. The U.S. market represents one of the largest growth opportunities and significant untapped margin potential.
This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for building a modern, centralized finance function for the U.S. business (separate from the manufacturing finance team) and serving as the commercial, sales‑focused financial partner to the U.S. leadership team.
The Finance Director will drive pricing, margin expansion, operational efficiency, and financial visibility across a multi‑state field‑service organization. This leader will also oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, redesign commission structures, and help unify eight acquired businesses into a cohesive platform.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 10+ years of progressive finance experience. Background in field service, installation, solar, HVAC, construction, or another high-ticket, distributed-workforce industry is strongly preferred.
The role is based in Nashville, TN.
Competitive compensation package to include base + bonus + benefits.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
