Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager specializing in Lawn Maintenance to lead our lawn maintenance teams with enthusiasm and precision.
In this role, you will oversee client accounts, coordinate lawn care services, and ensure the highest standards of landscape aesthetics and maintenance.
**This job requires you to be hands on and to work with crew leaders and members as needed. This is a working position.**
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise maintenance crews, including crew management and team leadership, to execute projects effectively and on schedule.
- Oversee all aspects of landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, etc. to maintain healthy and visually appealing outdoor environments.
- Lead safety initiatives by supervising crew operations during gardening activities while maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, trimming, etc.
- Proven supervising experience with team management skills that motivate staff toward excellence.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with crew members & clients effectively.
