**Key Responsibilities:**

**MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE AND DRIVE OUR FOOD TRUCK TO AND FROM DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS**

**Operational Management:** Oversee daily food truck operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.

**Team Leadership:** Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high food quality standards.

**Inventory Control:** Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed.

**Customer Service:** Engage with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

**Financial Management:** Monitor sales, manage cash flow, and assist with budgeting and financial reporting.

**Marketing & Promotions:** Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote special events or menu items.

**Compliance:** Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.

**Event Coordination:** Coordinate logistics for events, festivals, and catering opportunities.
**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a food truck or mobile food environment.
