Position Summary
Costex Tractor Parts is seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to support and help oversee the daily operations of the Supply Chain Department. This role will work directly under the Supply Chain Director and will be responsible for monitoring team performance, attendance, productivity metrics, and departmental organization to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with leadership skills, excellent follow-through, and experience coordinating administrative and operational activities within a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Supply Chain Director with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, productivity, and departmental KPIs/metrics
- Help ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and departmental records
- Follow up with team members regarding deadlines, pending items, and operational updates
- Assist with process improvements and departmental organization
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications within the department
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review
- Work closely with purchasing, logistics, inventory, and other internal departments
- Help maintain accountability and workflow efficiency across the team
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, operations, or administrative coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with ERP systems or AS/400 is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
