Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic coach to lead beginner-level gymnastics classes for children this school year and beyond! The coach will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment while teaching foundational gymnastics skills. The ideal candidate will foster a positive attitude toward fitness and movement, ensuring that children build confidence, coordination, and strength through age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and supervise beginner-level gymnastics classes for children.
- Plan and implement lesson plans focusing on basic gymnastics skills and body awareness.
- Ensure a safe and fun environment for all participants.
- Encourage and motivate children to develop their skills and enjoy the sport.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Qualifications:
- Experience in gymnastics or related sports.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
