- Enters external transcript and prior learning data into the college’s student information system
- Ensures that approved transfer and prior learning credit is accurately recorded
- Adds appropriate documentation of awarded credit to the student record using the college’s student information system (Colleague) and archival tool (Hyland Onbase)
Provides continuous, timely, and courteous service when assisting all internal and external customers
Remains current on articulation, alliance agreements, transfer credit policies by utilizing resources at the college, CHEA (Council for Higher Education accreditation, and Transcript Evaluation System
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to maintain records accurately and meet deadlines consistently
Demonstrates good organizational skills
Ability to perform normal duties with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exhibit critical thinking skills and high attention to detail
Intermediate skills with MS Office products
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
One year of experience working with student records, databases, or closely related experience
Preferences:
Associate degree
Experience using Colleague/Datatel or similar student information system
