Concrete CDL Driver — $26–$42 per Hour
Main Executive is hiring a dependable Concrete CDL Driver to transport equipment, materials, tools, and supplies to concrete construction projects throughout throughout Appleton, the Fox Valley, Northeast Wisconsin, and surrounding areas.

This is a full-time, hands-on construction position. The Concrete CDL Driver must be capable of safely operating commercial vehicles while supporting jobsite operations when driving duties are complete.
Pay is $26–$42 per hour, based on CDL class, driving experience, construction knowledge, equipment-hauling ability, attendance, and overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks and trailers
- Transport equipment, materials, tools, and supplies
- Load, secure, inspect, transport, and unload equipment
- Complete daily truck and trailer inspections
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Maintain required driving and inspection records
- Coordinate deliveries with foremen and office personnel
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean
- Assist concrete crews with jobsite work when needed
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid CDL
- Acceptable driving record
- Construction hauling experience preferred
- Equipment and trailer experience preferred
- Knowledge of load securement procedures
- Ability to complete inspections and required documentation
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly with crews and management
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Early morning start times
- Overtime may be required
- Hours may vary based on weather, workload, and project schedules
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to climb into trucks and equipment
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and walk on uneven surfaces
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and changing weather
- Ability to safely work around active equipment and construction traffic
