Integrations Wellness & Recovery Center, LLC is a family-owned behavioral health clinic and 20-bed co-occurring specific Women's Residential Treatment facility located in Hutchinson, MN. Our mission is to empower every person we serve to embrace their true value and worth, providing a safe space for healing and healthy connection. We are seeking caring individuals to join our close-knit residential team. No prior healthcare or behavioral health experience is required—we provide full, paid training!
Positions & Shifts Available
We have immediate openings for regular shifts, as well as flexible casual/pool positions where you can build your own schedule:

Evening Shift FT/PT: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday through Sunday)

Pool Positions: Pick up hours based on what’s open once the schedule is posted. Must be open/available to pick up a minimum of one shift and one weekend shift if open per month to be considered for a pool position.
- Overnight Incentive Bonuses (Open to Pool & Regularly Scheduled PT/FT Staff) To reward the lifestyle disruption of staying awake all night, we offer extra Overnight-Specific Responsibility Premiums for picking up additional open shifts:

Plan-Ahead Bonus (+$2.00/hr): Pick up any open 11 PM – 8 AM shift on our calendar more than 24 hours in advance and earn $20.50 - $22.00 / hour.

Emergency Short-Notice Bonus (+$5.00/hr): Save the day by picking up a last-minute crisis night shift (under 24 hours' notice) and earn $23.50 - $25.00 / hour.
Note: These premium incentives are strictly limited to scheduled shifts during the hours of 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Position Overview
The Recovery Technician (Tech) provides vital supervision and support to women in early recovery.
Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents.

Conduct routine facility checks and light cleaning/routine support tasks.

Assist with administration of medications (after completion of paid training).

Complete accurate data entry within the electronic medical records system.

Respond to emergencies calmly and professionally according to agency guidelines.

Monitor facility grounds and security cameras.

Requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age.
-
High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Must be free from problematic substance use.
-
Ability to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background check.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Current CPR/First Aid Certification or completion of certification (paid) within first two weeks on the job.

Preferred but not required: A valid driver’s license and experience in mental health or substance use disorder care.
