Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Concierge Sales Associate to join our spa team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for supporting daily front desk operations, assisting clients with appointments and product recommendations, maintaining an organized and inviting environment, and contributing to overall spa success. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their spa experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, guest check-in and check-out, and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist clients with booking services and selecting appropriate treatments.
- Educate clients on spa services and retail products to enhance their overall experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock retail products and supplies, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment by supporting daily operational tasks.
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail sales, spa operations, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable recommending services and retail products to meet clients' needs.
- Experience with appointment scheduling systems, point-of-sale software, and basic computer applications is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Dependable work ethic and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and wellness.

Spa Hours / Availability Requirements
- Tuesday–Thursday: Evening availability required
- Friday–Saturday: Daytime availability required
- Sunday–Monday: Closed
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
