Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Remote Data and AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge data architectures and artificial intelligence solutions. Duties
- Lead the architecture design for cloud-based data solutions utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and related services like Azure Data Lake and Azure Data Warehouse.
- Develop scalable ETL pipelines using tools like Informatica, Spark, Hadoop, and SQL to facilitate efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, database schemas (NoSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and system architecture aligned with project requirements.
- Design and implement data management strategies including master data management (MDM), data warehousing, and linked data integration for comprehensive analytics.
- Build advanced analytics solutions leveraging AI frameworks with Python and Java; optimize performance through tuning and scalability enhancements.
- Ensure robust system design for system development projects focusing on database systems, cloud infrastructure architecture, and big data processing.
- Maintain best practices in data security, compliance, and governance while supporting agile development methodologies for rapid deployment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing cloud database architectures using AWS, Azure, or similar platforms with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure components.
- Expertise in NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB), relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle), and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Hadoop ecosystem tools.
- Hands-on experience developing ETL pipelines with Informatica, Bash scripting (Unix shell), SQL scripting for database design and performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts including linked data principles, master data management (MDM), and scalable data architecture design.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and techniques for business intelligence; experience in implementing data warehousing solutions and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java; experience with system design for large-scale system development projects.
- Ability to work within Agile environments while managing complex data management integration projects across multiple platforms.
