Duties
- Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients according to safety standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Support the team in serving customers promptly while upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food trailer, including bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to food safety management protocols
- Manage food handling responsibilities with attention to proper storage, portioning, and hygiene practices
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels during shifts
- Ensure quick service delivery by coordinating effectively with team members and managing time efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage customers warmly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in bussing tables or supporting kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
