Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all night-shift/split shift warehouse activities, including shipping & receiving, materials handling, and inventory management.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily operational goals while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.
- Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, Blade and AS400 to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Manage logistics operations related to 3PL providers, freight carriers, and internal distribution channels to ensure timely deliveries.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline warehouse workflows.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards through regular training, safety audits, and equipment inspections.
- Utilize forklift operation skills for heavy lifting, materials handling, and stock movement while maintaining safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution processes.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms.
- Valid forklift certification with mechanical knowledge for heavy lifting and materials handling tasks.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in warehouse safety protocols.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead, train, and develop staff effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking during shift hours.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
