Duties
- Manage and supervise production and fabrication teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with different departments to meet customer delivery deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols are rigorously followed by team members, promoting a safe working environment.
- Monitor the use of measuring instruments to ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee daily production activities, troubleshoot issues promptly, and optimize workflows as needed.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key performance indicators.
- Foster teamwork, motivate staff, and provide training or guidance to improve skill levels.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing production or assembly teams within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum extrusion or fabrication.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality control standards.
- Ability to analyze processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of manufacturing software or systems is a plus.

Overtime compensation paid at time-and-a-half (1.5x regular pay rate) for hours worked over 40 in a workweek.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 – 54.0 per week
