This is not just drama driven reality TV. We want strong storytelling, emotional pacing, beautiful visuals, and a polished streaming platform feel. Think reality television mixed with documentary style moments and cinematic energy.
Responsibilities
Edit multi camera reality footage
Sync audio and organize footage efficiently
Create engaging episode pacing, transitions, and cliffhangers
Color correct and color grade footage for a consistent cinematic look
Mix music, dialogue, and ambient audio cleanly
Add basic graphics and titles when needed
Collaborate with production team on episode structure and creative direction
Deliver export ready episodes for streaming and social distribution
Ideal Candidate
Experienced in reality TV, docuseries, music videos, or cinematic YouTube content
Strong understanding of storytelling and emotional timing
Skilled in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
Comfortable working with multiple camera angles and large footage files
Able to match footage from different cameras
Strong communication and turnaround time
Creative eye for pacing, drama, humor, and tension
Bonus If You Have
Experience with Sony footage and S Log footage
Motion graphics skills
Sound design experience
Reality TV editing samples
Experience creating viral and social teaser clips
