Frosty Ice Cream, a family owned and operated Ice Cream Truck company, seeks ice cream truck driver/servers for the 2026 season! This position is temporary and will last through October. This is a fun job that provides a lot of independence, tips, and is great for college students and professionals looking to supplement their income. Our employees work in beautiful outdoor locations while earning money on a flexible schedule.
The base pay for this job starts at $15 per hour before tips. With tips included, pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour.
Ideal candidates will need a valid driver's license and a love of ice cream! Drivers will leave from our commissary near the Waltham/Watertown line, drive to a set location, and serve ice cream to happy customers. Routes and locations are from Boston through Metro West within Route 495, and the trucks are also licensed for specific locations/beaches/parks/tourist attractions in the same area. We also cater special events around Eastern Massachusetts.
A background check is required prior to employment.
We sell soft-serve ice cream, novelty ice-cream, frappes, floats, and provide a variety of toppings. You should be able to lift 20lbs, and will be trained to work quickly, making ice cream, receiving money, providing correct change, and showing our happy customers a friendly disposition. Some light stocking, cleaning, and routine ice cream equipment maintenance are expected mostly at the start and close of shifts.
