We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and caring After School Teacher’s Assistant to support students in a fun and engaging after-school program serving elementary-aged children in the El Segundo area. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about education, childcare, and youth development.

Assist teachers with daily after-school program activities

Supervise and engage students in educational and recreational activities

Support homework completion and academic enrichment

Help maintain a safe, positive, and organized learning environment

Assist with classroom setup, cleanup, and materials preparation

Monitor student behavior and promote positive interactions

Communicate professionally with staff, parents, and students

Experience working with children preferred

Positive attitude and strong communication skills
-
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Dependable, punctual, and professional
-
Must pass all required background screenings

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
