American Traveler is seeking an experienced OB/GYN Clinic RN for a 13-week contract in Portland, OR, requiring Epic proficiency and obstetric emergency knowledge.

Outpatient OB/GYN clinic setting in Portland, OR
-
Provides maternity and gynecological care for women
-
Patient population includes obstetric and gynecological cases requiring triage and clinical support
-
Day shift schedule: 5x8-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

No weekend or on-call requirements

Floating between all facilities within Oregon is expected; refusal to float may result in assignment termination

Epic EMR experience required
-
Active Oregon RN license required; pending license is acceptable if application has already been submitted

Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN nursing experience required

Strong knowledge of obstetric emergencies including placenta previa, ectopic pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced hypertension (gestational hypertension and preeclampsia)

Epic EMR proficiency required

Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Responsibilities include phone triage for obstetric emergencies, responding to patient inquiries via Epic and voicemail, and performing general clinic duties related to maternity and gynecological care

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
