Compensation: $25.50–$27.50 per hour – paid weekly

About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Assurance Technicians for a food production company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll help ensure product quality and safety while supporting a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do as a Quality Assurance Technician:-
Monitor and inspect product packaging to ensure quality standards are met

Perform teardowns, product checks, and package integrity inspections

Conduct pH testing on pre- and post-processed products

Communicate lab results with operators and supervisors

Troubleshoot basic equipment and process issues

Perform CIP testing (ATP, allergen, micro, and visual inspections)

Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Quality Assurance Technician Role:-
High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of aseptic systems, processes, and food safety practices
-
Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus

Strong communication and multitasking skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
-
Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment
