Title: Banquet Manager
Status: Full-time, seasonal
Reports to: Director of Food and Beverage
Supervises: Banquets Department
Pay Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Job Summary: The Banquet Manager is responsible for scheduling and coordinating banquets, parties, and other events, ensuring all arrangements meet high service and quality standards. This role oversees banquet operations, supervises staff, and ensures smooth execution of events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Functions and Duties:
Maintain proper inventory levels of banquet supplies, including china, glass, silver, and linen.
