Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
Work Schedule
Full-Time Position
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Monday through Thursday
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- No Friday, evening, or weekend shifts
Enjoy a consistent schedule and a three-day weekend every week.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting both providers and patients throughout the treatment process.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist dentists during clinical procedures using four-handed dental techniques
- Set up treatment rooms and prepare instruments, materials, and equipment for patient care
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain sterilization procedures and infection prevention protocols
- Provide patients with oral health education and post-treatment care instructions
- Record patient information accurately within Dentrix practice management software
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Support administrative and front office functions when needed
- Foster a professional, welcoming, and team-oriented atmosphere for patients and coworkers
What We're Looking For

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior dental assisting experience is beneficial but not required
- Understanding of dental terminology, radiography, and infection control practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology is helpful
- Experience working in pediatric dentistry and/or endodontics is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn, grow, and expand professional skills
