Scope of Responsibility
Radiologic Technologists are responsible for producing quality images utilizing proper positioning skills meanwhile ensuring patient safety and comfort during examinations.
Responsible to Operations Director
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences with a certificate or an Associate’s Degree.
Training and Experience
- Limited Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) license in state of residency: LMRT CV, LMRT-Skull, LMRT Spine, LMRT Extremities Required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred
- Must obtain and maintain current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and current insurance coverage
