What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with children using individualized behavior plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track and report on progress through daily data collection and electronic session notes.
- Support families and caregivers through guidance and collaboration.
- Maintain a positive and organized learning environment in the clinic.
- Attend trainings, complete required documentation, and maintain your RBT certification.
- Be a key part of a supportive clinical team that works together to ensure each child’s success.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have a high school diploma and experience working with children.
- Love helping others and making a positive impact.
- Are reliable, coachable, and thrive in a team-focused environment.
- Can physically engage in sessions, including moving between standing and kneeling.
- Have or are working toward your RBT certification and CPR/First Aid credentials.

Other Requirements:
- Must pass a background check with no history of felonies or offenses involving children.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
