Client-centered, trauma-informed, weight-inclusive private practice supporting adolescents and adults across eating disorders, ARFID, GI, sports nutrition, and general medical nutrition therapy via telehealth and in-person nutrition consultations.
The Role (W-2, PRN)
- Provide medical nutrition therapy via telehealth (and optional in-person at our Austin, TX office); maintain clear, timely documentation in the provided EHR
- Coordinate care with therapists and PCPs when appropriate; uphold the AND Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics
- Flexible PRN scheduling — share your availability and we match clients to your schedule and clinical fit
- As-needed hours, no guaranteed minimum; this is a per-diem role for a clinician who wants steady, low-overhead caseload work without full-time commitment
Compensation
- Per completed session by length: $46 / 60 minutes, $23 / 30 minutes — the session rate includes documentation, client emails, and care collaboration for that client
- $20/hr for pre-approved non-session time (team meetings, trainings, designated projects)
- W-2 payroll; biweekly paychecks

Ideal Candidate
- RD/RDN with Texas license required (additional state licenses a plus)
- 1–2 years' experience in eating disorder care preferred; sports nutrition a plus (newer clinicians with strong interest welcome)
- Experience or strong interest in eating disorders, HAES®, and intuitive eating
- Reliable, organized, strong boundaries; telehealth-ready environment
- Carries own professional liability (malpractice) insurance
- Furnishes own computer and phone
Schedule: Flexible / self-directed availability, PRN
