Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily in-store operations alongside the General Manager

Ensure exceptional customer service and store cleanliness

Manage financial aspects such as food costs and labor goals

Create and follow labor schedules and product projections

Train, supervise, and motivate crew members with enthusiasm

Maintain high-quality product preparation meeting Jimmy John's standards

Monitor and manage store service equipment effectively
Qualifications

At least 18 years old with 6 months of QSR or fast food experience (managerial experience preferred)

Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including weekends

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Capable of handling fast-paced, high-stress situations

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Physical ability to move up to 25 lbs occasionally
