When you join John Betlem Heating and Cooling as an HVAC Apprentice, that is how our customers will see you as their next superhero. You are the person who will be there to assist in getting their heating system running again so they do not spend the night freezing. When it is 90 degrees and their AC breaks down, you will be there to learn why it has failed and help get them the cooling they desire. You are the one they will soon count on to keep their families safe and comfortable. You will learn how to perform incredible feats with your hands and your brain, solving complex problems that even the handiest of homeowners would never tackle on their own. And you'll do it all with confidence, and just as importantly, with a smile.
Maybe you recently graduated from a trade school or college with a degree or certification in heating, cooling, and ventilation, but need some practical experience. Maybe you have no training in HVAC at all, but you're mechanically inclined, take pride in your work, and love to solve problems and help people. We'll teach you. When you join our apprentice program, you'll get paid training in our state-of-the-art facility. And when you're ready to go out on the job, our seasoned professionals will be there to guide you every step of the way.

QUALIFICATIONS
- HVAC education and/or experience preferred but not required
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong mechanical skills
