About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Perform debris removal, grass cutting, and hazard removal at various properties.
- Remove damaged or unsafe items and replace locks as needed.
- Execute occasional roof and gutter cleaning, as well as tarping to protect properties.
- Carry out general property maintenance tasks to ensure safety and occupancy readiness.
- Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
- Comfortable using lawn mower, hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
- Able to drive a truck with trailer.
