Scope: To provide safe and efficient transportation for students and staff
Reports to: Transportation Director
Qualifications: High School Diploma; Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Performance Responsibilities:

Obtain CDL Class B requirement, air brake, passenger and school bus endorsement

Complete required training programs for certification in a timely manner

Obtain DOT medical examiners certificate

Pass required physical examination

Comply with requirements regarding drug testing and accident reporting

Possess accident and violation free driving record

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip checks on vehicle and equipment

Handles emergency situations in accordance with standard operating procedures

Establish rapport and maintain effective and positive contact with parents, staff and students

Assists with trip activities as needed
Terms of Employment: As defined by letter of agreement
Hours: M-F 7:00-8:15am and 3:00-4:15pm
