Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
Utilize technology to process orders and manage inventory effectively
Assist with inventory counts and ensure proper labeling
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals
Engage in various tasks to keep the workday dynamic and fast-paced

Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50-plus pounds
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in operating and learning different software platforms and inventory management systems

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written communication skills with a customer-centric approach
Quick to learn and adept at multitasking
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adept at coordinating with team members
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passion for outdoor gear and sustainability is a bonus
