Job Overview
Ridgeline Strategies is hiring Retail Brand Ambassadors to support customer engagement efforts in a retail environment. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, provide information about products and services, and assist with service enrollment while delivering a positive customer experience.
This is a full-time W-2 position with paid training and ongoing mentorship provided. No previous experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a professional retail setting
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with questions and service enrollment
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to support performance goals
- Participate in paid training and ongoing development programs
- Accurately complete customer interactions and related documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work on-site in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role
- No prior experience required; paid training provided
