GRC Executive Search is conducting a confidential search for a Junior Accountant on behalf of a growing organization.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and management reporting packages.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams on special projects and process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships and relevant experience will be considered).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
