$45/Hour | Flexible Schedule | Non-Bedside RN Role
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong administrative or leadership background to join as a Fractional Clinical Advisor. This is a non-clinical, non-bedside role focused on clinical oversight, operations, and recruitment support.
Compensation:
- $45 per hour
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Flexible schedule with potential for part-time or full-time growth
What You’ll Do (Administrative Focus):
- Provide clinical guidance to internal and recruiting teams
- Support candidate screening and clinical evaluations
- Ensure compliance with credentialing and healthcare standards
- Advise on job descriptions, hiring strategies, and role requirements
- Act as a liaison between clinical operations and recruitment
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RN license in Virginia (required)
- Experience in leadership, administration, or supervisory roles
- Background in healthcare operations, staffing, or recruitment preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Setup:
Hybrid role (remote + in-person + up to 25% travel)
Must be based in Northern Virginia
