Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting and Inventory Clerk to join our team. This vital role combines financial oversight with inventory management, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient stock control, and seamless supply chain . You will support the optimization of warehouse distribution, purchasing, and materials handling activities. You will also be sending COI and W9's to our venders. You will be working with our Accounting team and Inventory to ensure numbers are all matching.
Duties
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in procurement activities by sourcing materials, negotiating supplier contracts, and managing supplier relationships to optimize costs and delivery schedules.
- Sending COI to venders.
- Contacting Insurance Companies
Experience
- Proven experience in inventory control, and accounting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and financial analysis tasks
