Job Summary
Provides routine office support. Reviews and processes documents and requests for information, maintains files, enters data and distributes mail.
Responsibilities
| 1. Reviews and processes applications, requisitions and related forms; reviews them for accuracy and completeness; ensures compliance with University and department policies, procedures and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Office Services Clerk, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience.
