AS A HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN): you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Have a current PA RN License

Have a valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation

Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience

Have excellent time management skills

Have strong verbal and written communication skills

Have strong teaching skills

Have ability to work independently and within a multidiscplinary team

Have ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance

Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check

Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
