We are seeking an experienced PLC Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and improving production processes, troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems, resolving plant production issues, and ensuring products meet quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, modify, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and HMI systems, including Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and Wonderware InTouch Edge.
- Lead process testing, data analysis, equipment validation, and implementation of process improvements.
- Support automation projects, create production specifications, and resolve plant production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical leadership and supervise projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, HMI design, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of analog/digital sensors, electrical wiring diagrams, and industrial controls.
- Experience with SQL coding, IP networking, and PLC cabinet design is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
