Service Technician – Water Filter Change & Maintenance
Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and efficient Filter Change / Service Technician to join our growing team. This position focuses on performing routine water filter replacements and basic system checks at customers’ homes or businesses. Excellent customer service is key — we’re looking for someone who can represent our company with professionalism, friendliness, and respect while getting the job done quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled filter changes and basic maintenance on residential water filtration systems.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after service.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about the service performed.
- Inspect systems for leaks or potential issues and report findings to management.
- Keep detailed records of service calls, materials used, and customer feedback.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Work some weekend shifts to be on call is a must.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or service work preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills — friendliness and professionalism are a must.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge is a plus.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently in the field.

Pay: $17.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
