We're looking for energetic, friendly team members to help launch our brand-new café in the Honolulu/Waikiki/Ala Moana area. Whether you're crafting the perfect Kona latte, frying up mochi donuts, or greeting guests with a warm aloha, you'll be part of creating a unique Hawaii café experience.

Duties
- Prepare and serve premium Kona coffee drinks, fresh mochi donuts, and Hawaiian musubi with care and consistency
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service that creates a welcoming café atmosphere
- Operate Clover POS system for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all preparation and dining areas
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and ensuring product freshness
- Support teammates during busy periods by multitasking across cashier, barista, and food prep roles
Requirements
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual — able to commit to scheduled shifts including weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining high energy
- Must be 16 years or older
Preferred but not required:
- Previous barista, coffee shop, or food service experience
- Familiarity with POS systems (Clover, Aloha, Toast, Square, etc.)
- Knowledge of food safety practices
