Cook (Full-Time) – Pagoda Asian Grill | Dallas Love Field Airport Night Shift 2pm-11pm

We’re looking for a reliable, prep-focused Cook to join our team inside Dallas Love Field Airport.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-volume food prep including:
- Fresh vegetable prep
- House-made sauces and brines
- Hand-cut meats
- Execute recipes with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Assist with line cooking and order assembly as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen or prep experience required
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Texas Food Handler Certificate required
- Must be able to pass a background check
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Shifts available:
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Important Requirement
This position is located inside the airport. All candidates must be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check to obtain airport clearance. Must have two ID documents in original undamaged condidtion.
