HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Job Summary:

Continuous surveillance of EKG on multiple central station monitors.
- Monitors heart rhythms of patients in special care units using telemetry equipment.
- Reports any changes in EKG rate or rhythm monitoring to clinical nurse.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of cardiac arrhythmia interpretation program and passing an in-depth arrhythmia-specific test using caliper measurements and evaluation of rhythm changes over time using full disclosure.
Required Experience:
- No previous experience is necessary.
Preferred Experience:
-
One (1) to two (2) years of job-related experience; must be able to recognize, evaluate, and interpret heart rhythm changes and perform the duties of a unit secretary.
- Computer skills/training required.
