Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Prepare work sites by cleaning surfaces, setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines
- Follow blueprint specifications and schematics to accurately install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and other areas
- Use hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment safely and efficiently to complete installations
- Climb ladders, scaffolding, and other structures to reach elevated work areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure precise application of insulation materials
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure proper coverage, adherence to standards, and client satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections throughout each project
Skills
- MUST HAVE SPRAY FOAM APPLICATOR EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency with ladder use, scaffolding, and climbing techniques for elevated installations
- Mechanical knowledge related to spray equipment, power tools, and hand tools operation
- Experience with building insulation installation across various construction environments
- Strong client communication skills for coordinating with project managers or clients as needed
- Understanding of construction estimating principles for project planning and resource allocation
