Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning

Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed

Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors
-
Collecting data and maintaining accurate records
-
Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs

Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records

Pay Ranges Based on Experience & Education:
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
Pass a National Criminal Background check
-
CBT License preferred
-
Completion 40 Hours CBT Training Required

Reliable transportation
-
Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.

Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.

Bilingual in Spanish strongly encouraged.
Preferred Experience:
-
Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.)
-
Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians)
-
Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching
-
Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (any degree preferred)

Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants
