We are a well established and family owned business looking for a motivated individual that takes pride in helping customers while providing quality installations and repairs of Garage doors and operators. The person filling this role will become a vital part of maintaining and optimizing Garage doors in residential homes as well as commercial facilities. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency while providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, teams and clients alike. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on industrial machinery using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on garage doors, mechanical components across various equipment types.
- Utilize Housecall Pro CRM software to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
- Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely for access during repairs or inspections while adhering to safety protocols.
- Read electrical schematics and engineering troubleshooting manuals to identify root causes of system failures efficiently.
- Support technical sales initiatives by providing expert advice on equipment performance improvements and upgrades.
Experience
- Must have proven experience in mechanical ability in any industry, but experience in the door industry is not required.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with strong analysis skills to communicate technical information clearly to team members or clients.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
