Responsibilities
- Coordinate transportation services for clients.
- Schedule rides and communicate with drivers.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with transportation requests.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral partners.
- Recruit, support, and communicate with volunteer and contracted drivers.
- Assist with outreach efforts, community events, and partnership development.
- Help improve transportation access throughout the communities we serve.
- Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
- Support daily office operations and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for serving others and supporting our nonprofit mission.
- Experience in nonprofit organizations, transportation, healthcare, social services, or case management is preferred but not required.
