Job Summary:
The Maintenance Tech responds to service work orders, completes make readies, performs painting and pressure washing duties, grounds keeping and other tasks to assist a Service Manager in the performance of their duties.
Qualifications
- Two years’ prior residential maintenance experience required with preference giving to candidates with multi-family maintenance experience.
- Possession of current, valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity and concern for work-safety program.
- Willingness to work in other areas (i.e., HVAC, appliance repair, snow removal, etc.).
- Ability to work on call after hours.
Physical Demands
- Ability to continuously stand or walk.
- Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, work overhead and lift frequently.
- Ability to use power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
