About Us:
Our clinic atmosphere is a busy, community-focused general practice clinic with a heart for helping animals in need. In addition to providing high-quality veterinary care to our clients, we also partner with local shelters and rescue groups to support animal welfare in our community.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and surgeries
- Administering treatments, vaccines, and medications
- Performing dental cleanings and taking radiographs
- Monitoring anesthesia and surgical recovery
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Educating and supporting clients with home care instructions
- Supporting shelter animals with medical assessments and treatments
Who We're Looking For:
- A current LVT (or eligible for licensing in Michigan) or experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Someone who’s comfortable multitasking between patient care and front desk duties
- Excellent communicator who enjoys working with both pets and people
- Passionate about helping animals—including those without a forever home just yet
