Key Responsibilities
- Safely unload trailers and incoming shipments
- Sort packages according to zip codes and delivery routes
- Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and remain active throughout the shift
- Reliable, dependable, and flexible with work assignments
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. regularly (up to 55 lbs. maximum)
- Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot and cold conditions depending on the season
- Strong work ethic and positive team-oriented attitude
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Basic and County Background Check
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks
- Compliance with all workplace safety policies
