We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager in the Petroleum Equipment Industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. Territory includes CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT, WY, MT. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales process through phone, email, and digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the sales pipeline and track activities using CRM software
- Organize and manage new and existing projects
- Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Collaborate with outside sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet customer needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and industry trend

- Business degree (or equivalent) preferred
