The job
You'll work directly with our Senior Project Manager, who runs high-volume packaging projects for manufacturing and distribution customers. Your job is to own the execution layer underneath her so no project ever waits on legwork.
A normal week looks like this:
- Request product samples from vendors, track them to delivery, and get them into the hands of sales reps or customers. Some days that includes a FedEx drop-off.
- Send requests for quotes to vendors, chase them until the quotes come back, and file everything where it belongs.
- Load vendor terms, minimums, lead times, and freight details into our project roadmap so pricing decisions are never delayed by missing data.
- Triage a shared inbox: flag the real action items, handle routine customer updates like shipment tracking, and keep the noise from reaching the project manager.
- Build first-draft proposals in Gamma (we'll teach you the tool) using pricing data and product images.
- Drive our sales-to-operations handoff checklist to completion: artwork approvals confirmed, quotes updated, sample sign-offs collected.
You make things happen. The Senior Project Manager makes the final calls.
What success looks like
By day 90, you own sample logistics end to end: every request logged, tracked, and delivered, with zero dropped. RFQs go out within one business day of receiving specs. Every pricing decision happens on time because the data was ready before the meeting.
