This location is going to be unlike any of our other spots. A beautiful prime location with indoor seating and an upscale vibe. We're looking for friendly and hardworking staff who want to join our crew!
Responsibilities
We divide roles into FOH & BOH according to your capabilities - but you must be able to do all tasks!
- Operate Toast POS system and take phone orders.
- Greet customers warmly, assist with menu selections, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bathroom and outdoor seating- including food handling and sanitation practices to uphold food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments.
- Make coffee and drink orders accurately.
- Manage time and priorities effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
- Work on the oven & sandwich prep station to make customers' orders while following preparation guidelines.
- Wash dishes (only prep dishes - customers are served on disposables)
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred, especially with barista or beverage preparation roles.
- Familiarity with toast POS systems is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction processing.
- Experience working in the food industry or retail sales transactions is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
This location will be opening up in mid august. We will require you to do some training at our van nuys location. Details can be given privately.
